I was just reading a good explanation on Grok about how they will change out the logo midcourt between games. The floor is in panels that can be interchanged.

Also, one ticket gets you in to watch all three games today. Very smart idea. I hope they gave a deal for people who are in Indy for the NCAA championship that will get them there as well.
