As adult men, well, most of us anyway, show some restraint and try not to public trash someone else.
Even when things go wrong like they did this past year at UK, you try and be respectful. But after reading where these players are ranked, it shows the level of accountability on the coaching staff that is missing.
These players like JJ have been told for ever how good they are but in reality, they are good but not good enough.
If anyone on here has ever coached at a high level high school ball or travel ball, you know. You have encounter that player who thinks their s**t does not stink. This is not the players fault but those around them who failed them.
So his uncle needs this reality check.
JJ is good but not 5 star good. Great players play out of position all the time to help their team. Ever hear of Pete Rose? Bad faults and all, he played where his team needed him.
Lowe...not sure anyone can tell what he is since he did not play all year. He was hurt at UK, so I give him a pass but he did come out not long ago and posted something to the effect about being back at UK. If that was truly him, then what changed?
Lowe is not worth no $1 million, that is for sure.
Garrison is why Forest Gump said life is like a box of chocolates. We never knew what we were going to get from game to game.
Best damn parenting job I have seen in many years was from Reed Shepards parents.
They knew their kid was good, was not used properly but yet they supported the team and waited until they had their chance (NBA draft) and let their son's ability speak for itself. They did not get on social media and cry like JJ's uncle.
There is no way in hell UK spent 22 million for these players. No way. If they did, then all the coaches need to move to Minnesota where no one cares about wasting money.
