Iowa st toyed with us, I really could care less what pig slop thinks. I’m past ready to see us competing for FFs and being a factor in college basketball, not just with pope but cal was awful his last 3-4 yrs as well.

This. It’s hardly the time to be starting a thread taunting Arkansas. They just won the SECT and reached the Sweet 16 as we fell flat on our face. And they have several 5 star recruits coming in, we have just one 4 star.
Sorry to say it, but Cal is currently winning the post-breakup “who’s doing better” game in a big way.

If they were thinking they would have looked at Cals last 5 years here before “stealing” him from Lexington. They saved UK millions but we wasted it on 22.5 million dollar OVC roster.
Won their second ever SEC tournament and made just their 16th sweet sixteen, so it’s quite literally one of the best seasons they’ve ever had.
That’s been our problem as a fan base lately. I said after 2019 we should talk crap until Number 9.
We’ve failed miserably on that front.
Which isn’t saying much. Muss took them to two E8s.
And they should’ve lost to High Point.
We don’t have room to talk but Cal had a dude and didn’t make the FF. We’re seeing exactly what we thought we were here.

I am thinking I sure hope Cal doesn't get stubborn while recruiting Portal big men this year . Hogs need to get more physical under the basket .

HOF coach who began failing at one of the best and most historic programs in history. We are intimately acquainted with both his HOF alias and his latter alias, and we don't just forget that.
We're not trash. Trash is as trash does, and like climate, depends on years of data, not a coach. When we start storming the court for buzzer beaters like IU fans or throwing golf balls and mustard bottles and players, coaches, and refs, like ut, we'll talk. All great programs hit lulls and the transfer portal and NIL have evened the playing field. We're still UK, we're still prestigious, and the fanbase still has the highest expectations.
They're probably thinking "well, at least we have a top recruiting class and Mark Pope isn't our coach".
I don't think any Razorback fan is walking around thinking we have the coolest cheer out there but like or it not its a tradition . Probably the same you feel about C.A.T.S since you don't think its cool .

Dude, Zona is very good! That was not the same Zona team we have been watching all year & Michigan had one if their best games....bad mix.
As far as Arkansas....a kot of basketball is about matchups. Types of teams that are bad for Arkansas to play ate teams like Zona, Florida, Michigan. They did not play Michigan but ironically their game against Zona was similar tonthe Florida game. Bad matchup.

I was already thinking that in January .... Fired up about Jordan Smith Jr coming in but I don't have any grand illusions about him being another generational PG . Although he will play much better defense than Acuff .
