I must admit I had my reservations when he was originally hired....never been so happy to eat crow
sometimes the longtime assistant to a successful coach is not a great head coach but Coach Forbes may be just as naturally suited to the job as Coach Fox. His players seems so confident and together. We are lucky to have him.
Will report on that when UNC released the contract.
We certainly need to make sure he's paid what he's worth. He's a heck of a coach.

Like Roy with Dean, Scott would likely point to Mike as the better coach.
And then he'd likely tell you he's only successful because of his players. He's humble that way!

Love me some Coach Forbes! I wouldn't trade him for any coach in the country. That's a great feeling any time you're going to battle.

I'm right there with you. I hope he breaks through and hoists the trophy in Omaha this year. He's got the arms to do it if everyone stays healthy.
