If he starts for Butler he’s probably not a good fit for us. Who is their 6th or 7th man? That’s who we should target.

He and Chandler splitting minutes and getting some common floor time would be a good start.
Highlight videos like this are always hard to assess, but he seems like a tough kid who has a multi-dimensional offensive skillset. He was a non-factor in both matchups against UCONN this season which is a bit concerning, but could also be indicative of Hurley's defensive game plan. If he was a Sophomore, I would say take a chance. Feels like a one-year role player.
If we get him, hopefully he won't get hurt. Would surely be the downfall of the season.

Both is preferable. I've heard scuttlebutt that Chandler is back, but nothing official, of course. Can't have too many shooters in Pope's system.

We had shooting the first year but shaky defense, so we shore up defense and don’t have shooters this year. And any game that the other teams played up and tight against us we usually lost and shot in the 20’s from 3. This year he knows what is at stake for him so are we getting tough guys who can shoot and play defense as a team or a non shooting team that can’t play defense and guys who are only after themselves?

Pope not going after top talent is a statement in itself he knows that recruiting the best players in the nation is out of his reach.
