Ugh not really sold on this but also don’t know what will or won’t hit the portal

Someone posted the Youtube link to the game today so I watched for a few minutes. Guys jogged up and down the court like it was a pickup game at the YMCA.
Pope was the captain on a team that won the national championship before he played in the NBA for several years.

Agree. I haven't been high on him, but his 3-point percentage took a big jump this year (despite an ugly looking stroke). If he can sniff mid-30s percent on 3s, be a secondary ball-handler and good defender, I'm all for it. I just don't think he's a star, nor do I want him to be the primary PG. As a 3rd option like Aberdeen was intended to be before Lowe's injury - I'm cool with it. I think his game resembles Aberdeen, actually.
It's a handful of dorks with all kinds of accounts. Put them all on ignore. I do and I spend quite a bit less time here as you could only go braindead reading all of the stupid stuff.
Agree, he is a college SG. However, Dink could rotate in at SF and also run some point. I like the versatility based on our injury history in the backcourt.
G league may be meh, but it’s better than HS competition most prospects are judged against.
Would not complain if he posted a 23/7/7 game in Rupp.

Pate hasn't enrolled or played college. He also hasn't been signed to a NBA roster or played a game.
We don't even know who is hitting the portal officially it isn't open till after championship. We got rid of the players making the most money on the team or they graduated. I'm on wait and see mode.
I like Chandler but this would be 100% an upgrade. I’d love to see Chandler come back for sure to.
The young man isn't lacking in confidence, I'll give him that. I feel bit of Ali in his attitude. If he can back it up, he will be a bad man on the court.
