Reb's Hunter Becomes the Hunted - Game 1 Thread

[thekimmer]

The very damn thing that we said you could not do is walk batters And our supposed closer comes in and puts two on And gives up a dinger. Just damn. Back to the drawing board on that

[anon1787432961]

That was a meaty meaty weak arse toss looking like BP

[TimberBeast]

That was one of the dumbest things I’ve ever watched

[Slow Natives]

I love it when we walk two mediocre batters both hitting just over .200

[Trojanbulldog19]

What is it with baseball coaches and over tinkering with pitching. I get it matchups. But understand momentum. You bring in a guy cold you never know what's going to happen

[DocHolliday.sixpack]

If Ben pitches like he did last week, we have one

Well

[17itdawg]

When he walked the second guy with Fawley behind him I knew a bomb was coming. Can't walk guys. Gotta execute especially in this league.

[TTKADawg]

It’s not game yet … weird Shat has happened in this rivalry. Let’s go get it!

[Pak Drescott]

I realize Coach Oak has more coaching experience than me but I don't understand going to a 5th pitcher when we've only given up 1 run and zero walks. The more pitchers you use the higher likelihood you are putting a guy out there who is not on his "A" game that day

[Trojanbulldog19]

Not recruiting a closer has costed this team from being great.

[DocHolliday.sixpack]

This **** is inexcusable. We had this game won. No closing pitcher **** the bed.

[Maroon13]

So damn sick of losing every 17n thing state participates in

[TTKADawg]

Not recruiting a closer has costed this team from being great.

That’s a tough order. Assuming you’re talking about Transfers that COST this team. We have Cape Cod Studs, but most of them have been hit and miss

[peewee.sixpack]

Did Parker or Oak lose this game?

[DocHolliday.sixpack]

Enter RebChuck with his passive aggressive emojis. 17n douchebag.

[DoggieDaddy13]

He's a final inning closer - if that. He looked like he'd already shatthebed with the first batter he faced.

Not ready.

[leeinator]

This **** is inexcusable. We had this game won. No closing pitcher **** the bed.

Exact same thing happened vs UCLA. We had them beat, then hit a .220 batter on the foot......then BOOM!

[She Mate Me]

Burns has clearly been a lefty matchup guy all season. He's never in long.

The problem was Ben Davis, not the decision to go to Ben Davis there. Just a **** outing for him.

[TTKADawg]

Your Closer is throwing right now, coaches just have to get him in the closing role and go. And put him in those situations constantly … Until Jack B is ready to just become a phenom

[thekimmer]

Idiotic pitching changes

No. They actually worked very well until Davis. He just had nothing.

[cowbell88]

I’m Livid! Damn back to back walks. Effing little league BS!

oK feel better, but still upset on those 2 walks.

but still get to say Dawgs Win Again!

[M R DAWGS]

If a guy strikes out the first batter he faces in 4 pitches. I’m not taking him out. Doesn’t matter what hand he throws with.

[ezsoil]

Did Parker or Oak lose this game?

It's clearly Oak his complete sell out in favor of the left right BS in batters as well as pitchers has cost us the games we have lost ...

[1msucub]

Yeah, that’s a tough one to take. We’re obviously better than them and had kept them in check. Just completely blew that momentum.

[TTKADawg]

Y’all slow it up … the rain/snow/ whatever that is, is coming down. May be a sign! Ye of MSU Faith!

[Msuirondawgs]

Is Bryce any good???????????????????????????

[Xenomorph]

Bats trying to bail Oaks assout.

[TTKADawg]

Bianco did an odd dirty butthole walk to that mound … is he nervous??

[leeinator]

Well, we got 3 chances to tie it up and/or go ahead.

[TTKADawg]

And we did!! 4-4

[Msuirondawgs]

This team has balls! BIG balls.

[TTKADawg]

That Snow/Rain/Smog that is falling in ox-fart has changed something

[Xenomorph]

Attababy Dawgs.... bail out the bullpen!

5-4!

[Msuirondawgs]

CHONE!!!

[TTKADawg]

Like I Said!!!!!!!!!!! 5-4 Dawgs.

[anon1787432961]

Rebs looking as athletic as RebChucky tonight out there

[leeinator]

Really thought that was going to be an inside-the-park HR!! I'll take it though.

[thekimmer]

So damn sick of losing every 17n thing state participates in

?

[Dawghouse]

Man I wish Chong could actually play catcher. His bat is obvious but I'm taking milewski every day behind the plate.

[ZombieKissinger]

Nice at bat by Wyers
