Idc what the star rankings are if we get back to winning and being a great basketball program again

At this point his best options are to find a few assistants that are known for player development. He’s not going to recruit like we are all used to, so that would be his best strategy. Find guys with potential that fit his system and mold them into fitting his style of play. I still don’t see that being good enough here, but that’s his best strategy to win at this point.

I'd rather have him than Jasper Johnson. Go back and watch the Jasper Johnson games, you can tell the games he gave his all and the games he didnt and the didnt games are far far more than the did games.

In Pope’s defense, he’s batting .000 on 5* prospects, so he’s naturally doing what he should be doing, starting a Whiff streak on the 4*’s now.

He doesn’t show much speed or explosiveness in that clip. Which surprises me a bit, because his dad was a jet.
I wasn’t really trying to knock him…I agree that his shot looks real nice. I was just making an observation, in his clips he looks kinda slow for a PG …unlike his dad who I recall being blazing fast.
What was Yaxel Lendeborg ranked coming out of highschool? He wasn't ranked. What was Walter Clayton Jr ranked? He was a 3 star.
If the kid has the desire, he will improve on his own

I understand that not every 4 star is going to suck I get that we have had our share over the years of good 2 star, 3 star , and 4 star players. You have 2 things that come into play when recruiting these lower ranked players.
1) Finding the diamond in the rough.
2) Can the coach develop the kid into a good basketball player.
My answer is we have a basketball coach that really sucks at both things I listed above!
SGA was a 3 star. Can be shoot, is he quick, is he tough, can he create. Thats more important. Can whiff not whiff

In the state tourney game video he did not look that tall. But, looking at the picture, if Mo is a legit 6’1”, he appears to be 6-2.
