Honestly with Pope’s track record, I’d give at least even odds for Arkansas, with no momentum for him for at least the past nine months, to get him over Pope, even if we were the supposed “front runner” as opposed to just the supposed “runner up but there’s always a chance if Pope throws enough money at him since there seem to be some hangups in his contract negotiations with KU and now there’s also the chance Self will retire.”
If Cal wanted him, he would have him for a Buffalo nickel and some Walmart discounts over seven million from Pope.

Reports suggest UK will not have as much NIL money next year, and I can’t see Stokes believing Pope’s system is best to max his talents after this disappointing UK season. . If Pope thinks he is in the middle of a **** storm now, lose out on Stokes to Arkansas. I am pretty sure Cal took not of Popes comments about beating Cal this season and outperforming Cals last few years here. If Cal signs Stokes, I'm sure he will remind Pope of the comments after Stokes hangs 30 on us next season and we get boat raced
