It can't be her.. to much cronyism as is much less the shady dealing with JMI.. We need to look outside of the current regime and get a fresh start.
I am definitely no lawyer (nothing remotely close to one), but I am baffled at how that could be legal without conflict of interest laws being an issue???
If they put Rachel Barker or Marc Hill into the AD's position I think I'm completely done!
I believe the word is that Marc Hill was the one who wanted Pope and told Mitch to go after him. Either way, if any of these 2 get the AD job, this basketball program is ruined.

With Vanderbilt's upper echelon now showing serious support. For athletics, and opening their checkbooks accordingly, UK is now the worst athletic department in the SEC.
I am thinking our corrupt administration see's her JMI connections as a positive. That and with Eli retiring soon (based off age) I could see him hiring her as a feather in his cap for DEI stuff. His legacy would be "Hiring the first female AD at UK"

We need hire from the outside, not promote from within. The good ole boy network needs to be gone. We all want UK to win. None of us care about how rich the guys in the athletic department get from backroom deals and rampant cronyism.
These are dark days. This is becoming worse than suttons last year. I hope this isn't true.
If it’s hill, then it’s a safe bet he’s Mitch 2.0 or something along those lines of thinking. I will not be excited going forward and until Mitch and Eli are completely removed from uk then I’m afraid this type of shady behavior will never end. I hate to see what Eli gets when he “retires”

I've said for weeks - they are probably going to screw this AD hire up on a Gillispie/Pope level fiasco. Capaluto being in charge of this thing is probably not good at all.
