We have been up by ten several times then start throwing the ball away and panicking. So frustrating to watch, we only have one good ball handler with Morgan and that’s it. None of the rest of them can even make a decent pass with any pressure on them. This game has a bad feeling, we can’t pull away and start self destructing when they turn up the heat.

I'm frustrated with the state of the basketball program too, but let's not call them "girls".

...oh, you meant the women's team. Yeah, you're right.

And the ball is significantly smaller than the mens. If they played regulation balls itd be different.but its womens basketball: an abomination to God

And now they took an unnecessary early 3 pt shot instead of letting the shot clock run down to under 1 second and then shoot with under 3 seconds left in the game

Aggressiveness usually wins games against Kentucky, never mind the fouls that are not called, the roughness gets rewarded. Despite obvious home court advantage throughout the game Kentucky wins.

I LOVE when we win 8 vs 5. If I were coach, I'd walk by the stripes and say, "Nice try...."

You'd think girls would be good at handling balls.

They only have 1 ball handler. Key is so careless with the ball.

They tried to give that game away.
Yeah, drives me crazy! Tonie Morgan has to take on an increased role in bringing the ball up the court. We had the bigs trying to break the press, and they were pretty good at it but made too many turnovers which has been the team’s bugaboo all year.
Good win though and now they face #1 seed Texas in their gym. Good luck with that 😟.

The women have been turning the ball over like crazy against anybody good all year long. They'll turn it over like crazy against Texas.

But they can block shots so sometimes they can offset it.

Name of the game is not giving the other team more shots than you. Turnovers are good at growing this stat.

You cannot win if the other team got 10 more shots than you did! As mush as +30 extra points.

Almost impossible to overcome.

Kentucky at halftime was giving up eight extra shots to Iowa State. Fluctuated back and forth and Finished with nine extra shots to Iowa State. You seen the result. They came all the way back down 12 to win by 20.

Because of extra shots from turnovers.
If you starve a team of turnovers they have to play you straight up. If you have great size and a point guard then you're in good ******* shape in that kind of game.

Unfortunately the Kentucky women just turn the ball over like crazy and they can't take advantage of their size and their point guard that they have.
If they have less than 10 turnovers they could win a championship but when they go down it will be with 20 plus turnovers!! You Can bet on that
