Guys, maybe you're going to boo me and revoke my man card, but after watching the first half I was so nervous I had to go splash some water on my face and take a walk.

After I got back I was still too nervous to restart watching. I couldn't pull the trigger, couldn't unpause it, SO .... since it was already 9:00 I just Googled the score, lol.

Never ever did that before but it sure does work!

GOOOOOOO HAWKS!!!

(now I'm gonna really, really enjoy the second half)

I do that sometimes.... No big deal. Not tonight though. I watched every minute and made my kids watch also because I remember watching at their age that last time Iowa was in the sweet 16.

I had been tempted to do it for the first time this year with Iowa Football but didn't. After too many crushing endings I guess I decided to cut my (potential) losses tonight.

AWESOME. AWESOME. AWESOME HAWKS!

I haven't read everything but has Cooper been recognized for the excellent inbounds pass he made while on the run?

Without that trigger Benett doesn't get past his defender as effectively and maybe we all have a sad today? Great work by all three Hawks, Coop, Bennett and Alvaro!

He perfectly placed the crossing route throw while moving to his right. I've watched enough Iowa football to be impressed by that. 😆
