You do know what you are talking about.
I also am an amateur theologian.
We should chat sometime outside of this thread. I'm being a douche and gunking it up with stuff most people on here don't care about. Apologies to the others.

Yeah, people who say that are wildly ignorant of church history and Christian theology.
Yeah, you should have kept your word on that.

BTW. I'm not of those. You can privately message me on that if you think otherwise.

He’s 19 years old. He is the normal age for a college freshman

Most do turn 19 during their freshman year so that's not really the problem now that he is a freshman in the correct cycle. It's the "he jumped from high school early" storyline that is ridiculous. He isn't some 15 year old phenom graduating early to go to Harvard (or MIT like one of my old classmates actually did). No he's a kid that was older and gamed the system a bit, and then graduated a half a year after he already should've graduated like a normal student.

I think you need to give lilledahl some slack. McGowan is a known staller and was lacing the fingers doing nothing. Lilledahl is not generally a 2-1 in rideouts type guy.
In the fual.meet LL stalled him into a dq.

They say he was in HS 3 months ago, which is accurate. I understand how many who do not know any better will think he's 17-18, but give it a rest already.

Also, you said he's college sophomore age, which is not very accurate.

He was held back a year that is accurate so he is not your typical high school senior

My son was never held back, and wrestled alot of these kids in age level stuff since they were super young. He has a September birthday, and just finished his freshman season as a 19 year old. You are correct. Hell, he started wrestling Bo when they were 8u lol.

Another reason to like Shane Sparks. The dude just loves wrestling and somehow gets these 2 rivals together for an awesome pic. Well that's just awesome!

I must say - it does not seem to be an act with Sparks. I think the guy genuinely loves broadcasting wrestling. Kessinich seems like he’d rather be calling the NCAA croquet super-regional or something.

5th straight team title for the good guys, 4 individual champs and the the third straight year they break the scoring record. Also they are losing one wrestler. So stay tuned for next year. WE ARE PENN ST. Ps 89 points out of first place peaking!

While I agree that Jax is only 1 year behind what would be his 'normal' grade...there are lots of people who spend their entire sophmore year of college being 19 (& only 19...turning 20 in the summer)

Edit to say that Jax is now what would be his 'normal' time in school...a freshman in college...which is still remarkable what he did this season

You would have a point if his birthday was in the Summer, but it's in the Fall. So he's the normal age of a college freshman. He will turn 20 next Fall, because that's how birthdays work, right around the start of his second collegiate wrestling season.
