Today felt eerily like the AZ series last year. Top of the world Friday night… great pitching, great hitting (run ruled), and then the bats went SILENT.

It wasn't just that we didn't score but LVille only had two runs but at least had some loud outs . I can think of one ball that was smoked by the Tar Heels and that was the double play ball in the 8th everything else was just soft contact orca strike out

We hit 6 baseballs just right or left of the foul pole that were absolutely smoked. It’s baseball, some days you win, some days you lose, some days the opposing pitcher is unhittable, and some days it rains. There’s a reason baseball plays series.
