Is Peyton McCollum on scholarship?

[Whtnhawk]

Anyone?

[Franisdaman]

Yes he is according to 2 beat writers (Harty & Hlas, when he was with the Gazette).

Story from the Gazette:

Updated Iowa men’s basketball roster of scholarship players

These are the scholarship players on the Iowa men’s basketball roster:

Anyone?

He’s on the roster, which is what matters.

Whether or not he’s on scholarship isn’t particularly relevant, given the new rules that set the roster limit at 15. All 15 can be on scholarship.

The days of 13 scholarship guys and 3-5 walkons are over.

IOWA has a 14 man roster this season.

Pretty sure the only player NOT on scholarship is Jacob Koch.

Good get by coach.

Unfortunately true

Why wouldn’t he put Koch on scholarship if there’s enough for all 15 roster spots?
