They are a rival program. That's what rivals do. If that shot had been Duke's, we would do the same.

The real question is, why is anyone on a Vol message board after we win a tournament game. Who cares what a bunch of third-tier program fans think?

Do you know the value of the way that game went down? It played out just like it needed to. Its a top contender for THE best first round game between a 7 and 10 EVER.

I'm glad they didn't stop play. The sport WINS on this one.

Kentucky is known to deliver absolutely entertaining basketball games throughout the entire history of the game of basketball and the world just got another one in a long line.....

Bookshelf game for the NCAA. They pull it out and show the ending for YEARS.

The timeout part is not relevant, Sendek hesitated and we already had the ball and were throwing it in once he started signaling. You have to call it immediately. The clock did start a few tenths of a second late, but that happens. The only real issue was the foul call where the ball went off Oweh's knee, but there were similar bad calls against us.

Oweh was watching the shot clock. He'd have shot it sooner if he had less time. Silly Vols

Stay off their boards. We are all they think about. Everybody has to have a Super Bowl and we are continually there’s every single year. You’re reading comments from fans who have never experienced a final four. They’re not worth our time and definitely not on our level

They are worried they might see us again lol
UKCowboy, can you double check for me if that Boswell kid is still flopping around on the court, waving his arms in the air and looking despondent and generally preturbed ? Is he still flapping his mouth about how much better they are than Kentucky and how they are the better team, you know, disprespecting everything about Kentucky ( In general) ? He been crying too ? Is he still going? Is UT still alive in the tournament ???

Oh, they are ?!?!?! ...... really ?!!
In our region ...
AGAIN , you say ?

Well, I'll be ! Let's hope we get to see them play again this year. I'll take the rematch right now if they want to give it to us !

Were they complaining when the clock delayed after Oweh tied it up on the spin move? The clock operator has to see when the player touches the ball. What if Oweh had waited to actually grab the ball. Not saying it was 100% correct but in no way is that an egregious error on the clock operator.

Just another ignorant UT fan who doesn't really know much trying to make a case that is not there.

I used a stop watch 5 times this morning from the time Oweh touches the ball until he releases it. Came up with 2.1 every single time. What some fail to realize is the clock on TV is not official.

Did he also calculate how soon the clock stopped after going through the basket Santa Clara hit? It wasn't instantaneous either. Human reaction is not that quick.
