FWIW, I was at that Group 4 semifinal against Franklin, also saw Richmond's associate HC at the game (unsure if it was just for Joe-Samuel but I'm sure she was a major part of it). She has a solid amount of mid-major offers, but haven't seen many high-major ones yet. She excels as a driver and finishing through contact but has some solid pull-up shooting chops as well.

I covered girls hs hoops this winter. She is very good. I will say she has been known to have "off the court issues". Believe she punched someone last year at a game, but she is very talented. Will be a 2,000-point scorer next winter.

she has had some issues , has gotten dirty when opposition can match her talent /gets frustrated

threw a dirty elbow in one game in post season ..
another game there was multiple incidents until girl on other team had enough and laid her out ,one punch. it was impressive.
