Anyone else watching? I’m really enjoying it. The cinematography is outstanding (in my opinion) and the dialogue is quirky, dark, off-beat…well written. Jason Bateman, David Harbour, and Linda Cartellini lead. And honestly, might be the best Cardelini has ever looked onscreen

Like I said, I’m enjoying it

Thanks for this thread, had never heard of it but binged what's been released today. Awesome show, I'm in for the ride.

*******Spoiler discussion*****
Certainly looks like it's the wife right now right? My guess is that Floyd will learn about his wife's plan and will kill him self in the end.

That's the feeling I have as well. The straw that finally broke his eternal optimism and positivity

Its impossible to not cheer for Floyd. Harbour did such a great job with that character.

And the "physical rap"....LOL OUTSTANDING.

The cinematography continues to be A+ as well.

So, seems to me like the question is whether the wife kills him or he kills himself right? I'm really enjoying the growing relationship between the old/young cops.

Just found out its by the same guy that did Patriot and Perpetual Grace LTD. So this is moving to the front of my to-watch list. Patriot is phenomenally underrated and got the Amazon Axe way too early.

They have a great dichotomy but also great chemistry. She's so....open.....and Richard Jenkins is doing a great job with his stodgy old Donoghue character who simply just...can't....believe....the weird **** people are into

It's a great pair of characters

I'm starting to think the death just might be an accident trying to get himself "full on"....but the problem with that is why is it in the drink. It's going to end nutty, that is for sure.

I think it's likely there is something sexual on the horizon between Floyd and Bateman's characters...explains a lot if so.

Saarsgard’s character has something to do with the 4 AM visit. The guy Clark was going to pay to meet Floyd got together with Saarsgard. When he nixed the plan, he mentioned getting with a local with a sensory roller rink type deal. Ie., where the cops met him for the follow up interview. And then gave a variation of the same “normal” quote that he gave them at the follow-up
