Billingsley doesn't need to pitch in another SEC game for a long time. Sorry.
I have not enjoyed our selection of pitchers this weekend. Lots of head scratchers.
Top 25. Maybe Top 20, but that’s it right now.
Absolutely agree. He's not our guy. We don’t have a true closer.
Am I the only one that feels like we don’t have an experienced “the man” ? Ace has clutch hits , but I see no Mangum or Allen.
Be careful the Pack may tar and feather you......I said we were about a #15 after the losses to UCLA and USM and got berated like you would an Ole Miss fan. I think we'll have a good year and host a regional. Anything beyond that is playing with house money. I still will reserve a more permanent assessment after our 3rd SEC series.

At the end of the day, again, the opposing top 10 team did nothing to win the game against us. Crazy but true.

I’m not a coach and not saying I know better, but- I feel we did a poor job of selecting relievers for the right spots and we can’t play catchers prone to passed balls. We have weaknesses that we need to limit as much as possible.

I hope the reason Milewski didn’t start game 3 was because of the DH. Cause that the only reason he shouldn’t play unless he’s injured.
He should only be considered for mid week games for a while.
I don’t think I’d go that far. Sure we helped their offense out in several ways. But they pitched us extremely well. We aren’t going to be held under 5 runs in a series twice very often, if it happens again period this year.
I've said it before, ignoring him is one of my better moves on this board. Simply a troll. You miss nothing good when you ignore him and save yourself from reading and getting mad at a bunch of mindless trolling.
So, we're 16-4. The 4 losses are all road or neutral site games against teams that at this point all look very capable of getting to Omaha and winning a natty. I'd love to have won 2 today, but I'm not hitting any panic buttons. The things we need to get better at are obvious.

Our 2021 team got swept by Arkansas at hone. i have no reason to believe we will finish behind them come June.
His ERA is already higher than Snoop Dogg on a Tuesday.
Well he definitely pitches like a black guy in a horror movie- always getting hit first and never surviving the inning.

I'm making the point that we have the pieces in place. Make the plays and we are undefeated. No other team we've played can say that.
