IQ, effort and coaching killed us. Chandler actually played hard on defense but he stands more than anyone on the team on offense when he should be cutting hard the entire game trying to get opportunities. Still he played hard defensively.Look at the game tracker. As soon as we tied it up we went scoreless for a while while UF slowly separated.
That’s why coaches are supposed to have their team in peak physical condition especially this time of year. I ran five miles every morning before school, then Basketball practice after school, then five miles cross country practice or meet in high school so these guys should be able to play a game a day every day easily. They’re professional athletes and if they’re not in shape enough to play hard every day it’s on their coaches. It was three games in three days after close up and down games with LSU and Mizzou. A lot of our 3 point misses were short and some were long because we were trying to compensate for tired legs..but that's a strength and conditioning problem that seems to be a problem under Pope. Not just that but don't lose to **** teams like Auburn, Georgia, and Texas A&M and we would have had a double bye easy. Beat the teams you're supposed to beat, which seems to be a problem under Pope as well.
