With their foul issues, UTRGV really needed to close it out when they had the chance in that 2nd OT.
Yes, they did. Really didn't handle the last shot well. Bouncing around tonight. UCSD-Cal Poly was entertaining. On a bad note, pretty sure that kid from Clemson blew out his knee against Wake.
Some good finishes now with FAU-Temple and Ok St-TCU...then a fun late night game with Idaho/Montana for the auto-bid.

It gets lost in how much better Duke is than everyone else in the conference this season.
Nobody uses the backboards for anything more than layups nowadays. That was my go-to shot when playing HORSE, 25-footers off the board.
Today and tomorrow are two of my favorite days of the year...have the quad box going on my main TV with college hoops, two other TVs with hoops, and The Players on the other. 6 basketball games and golf...doesn't get any better than that for me.
They've got one of the most polarizing resumes we've ever seen...nothing to even compare it to. Really interested to see how the committee handles them. My guess is they end up something like a 10 seed, avoiding Dayton.
I hope they get in. Teams don’t want to see them or Akron on their bracket
Miami 100% deserves to be in. They’ll be rooting for Akron to win the MAC tournament, of course.
They'll get in...but teams would love to see Miami (Oh) in their bracket (especially whoever gets them in their first game, as it'll be much better than a comparable option).
Won a bunch of nailbiters, and an extremely weak schedule. They'll have played the worst schedule ever to get an at-large bid.
They've basically been flirting with losses in most of their recent games, but I still believe that they deserve to make it even though they'd probably stuggle to win almost any conference game if they played in the Big 10, SEC and Big 12.
ugh, tough day, will be interesting if the committee lets them in. Dickie V says yes but...
Miami has guard play and that matters but their interior people get chewed up, hence the close games all year.
I’m wondering if their proximity to Dayton plays a part and where they are seeded

It’s amazing that FSU is in this game with their inability to close out a defensive possession with a rebound.
Feels like Duke keeps shooting until either they score or they turn it over…and they’ve stopped turning it over.
...and injuries.
