Yeah, we definitely need more athletic directors that don’t care about wrestling.
Yeah, I kinda like watching Kraft matside all season just totally pumped at the wrestling team .
Great seeing Luke stay disciplined and not try something silly when he couldn’t finish the other two shots.
Maybe he can stand behind the Iowa bench and taunt Terry for a match.
if you had to pick between wrestling domination or men's and women's basketball incompetence...
I'd rather him practice the skills required to hire a football or basketball coach and let the team do their job.
Edit: watching from a seat during a dual is fine.

Their last match came down to sudden victory rideouts without either wrestler securing a takedown. What are we in store for today? We're about to find out. Circling, tying up & hand fighting. Davino with some head taps. Davino reaches for a leg, but Blaze blocks him off. Davino takes Blaze to the edge & shoots. Blaze circles back in. Out of bounds & neutral restart. Hand fighting & head taps by Davino. They're forehead to forehead now. Blaze creeps forward. Davino circles back to center. Stoppage for blood time. Davino has a bloody hand. Back to action. Head taps & fakes. Blaze is up & down from a tripod. They tie up for a moment, then break. Blaze presses forward a little. He works into a front headlock. Stalemate & restart. Blaze shoots, then works into a front headlock again. Davino drives him to the edge & they break. Blaze has Davino on the edge now, 30-sec left. Davino circles around the edge. Hand fighting & tying up to end the period. 0-0

Davino takes down. He sits out & turns, then works to his feet & gets the escape in 9-sec, 1-0. Tying up & hand fighting again. Blaze with a hard snap. Blaze creeps forward again & has Davino near the edge again. He shoots, but can't get there. Davino takes a half shot, 1-min let. Stalemate & restart, 40-sec left. Snaps, tying up & hand fighting. Double stall call! Davino shoots & gets in deep on a leg. Blaze gets to the splits, then throws in a whizzer & time expires. 1-0 Blaze
Period 3:
Blaze takes down. He works to his feet & gets the escape in 9-sec, 1-1. Tying up & hand fighting. Blaze creeps forward again. Blaze tries an underhook, but Davino pulls free. Blaze reaches for a leg, but can't get there, 1-min left. Stoppage & restart for something. Tim Johnson doesn't like the double stall call. Blaze reaches for a leg. Davino counters & gets a leg. He's in deep. Blaze throws in a shin whizzer. Davino stands, but time expires without any scoring.
SV:
Tying up & hand fighting again. Blaze creeps forward. Davino with some heat taps. Blaze snaps & works into a front headlock. Davino drives forward & they break. Blaze creeps forward again. Davino circles back to center. Blaze drives forward with an underhook taking Davino to the edge, 30-sec left. Blaze works into a front headlock. Blaze reaches for an ankle & they break, then time expires.

Davino seems more tentative than he was in the dual.
I wish Blaze would open up a bit. He has such incredible attacks when he goes

Honestly can't say Blaze didn't deserve that, no attempts to score at all.
Davino deserved to win. Davino shot several times. Marcus never did until he was behind on riding time in UTB.
good match by Blaze and Davino. When you get to TBs, it can easily go either way.
Just poor from Marcus. Didn’t have a look at an offensive point ever in the entire match to my eye.

I’m sorry but Blaze has to get to his offense sooner. Maybe this will change his approach. No committed shots for 9 minutes.

Sucks for Marcus, but it's pretty clear he can't get to his offense/defensive offense against Davino. He'll figure it out.
