This game shows me a lot more than the first two. When we produce at the plate we’re fine, the bullpen was as good as advertised.
Massive win for this team’s (and board’s) psyche. Big hits by guys like Howe, Hynek, Hull who are going to have to hit for us to get better. Matthijs looked really good even though he almost took the loss. Glauber might be in the rotation soon.
Doesn’t erase all the concerns from the first two games but it’s definitely good to see some fight and some things to build on.

Really proud of our boys. They showed a ton of resilience, and a lot of pride. I honestly was expecting to swept after what I saw in game two, but I’m very happy to be wrong!
So happy we won this game. Feels like we got away with something to escape with 1 out of 3, since we were blown out twice.
