Big 10 Session 2 PBP

[ChicagoHawk2020]

Peterson gutted out a 4-3 win

[VakAttack]

Drake actually got to Blaze's legs twice, which is more than most can say, but that's only step 1 of a long equation with Blaze's defensive skills.

[MSU158]

Sounds like the direction we are headed

Not even REMOTELY close. Have you ever seen our wrestling room? There is no way in hell a recruit even the least bit serious about wrestling visits both schools and chooses MSU over Iowa if Iowa was actually truly interest in that recruit.

Now, I get that everything is relative and you can feel that way when you are so used to being near the top But, you would have to fall through several floors of reinforced concrete before even getting to that level…

[HawkAlum2002]

How many allocate at 141?

7

[TheREALSpooner]

We will revisit this next year. Against crappy guts yes- vs high ranked guys- same chit. But I get how it makes sense to many but it just wont happen no matter how much some wish it into existence.

So, going to just ignore the **** take I see. Standard.

[SkiSkiSki]

How? Only eight allocated at 157.

They will wrestle to determine the alternate should someone from the B1G have to drop out of going to the NCAAs if I am not mistaken.

[Stick Kitty]

He barely lost in season and Drake looks good today. Honestly, I think Drake gets him tonight.

Just needs 2 clean tds. Tall task but he cant shoot and have those end up in scrambles. Which is why I say 2 because Blaze will get at lest one TD via scramble or a Drake brainfart caught off gaurd. If Drake wins imo it's a 7-5 score. But who knows. Im drunk!!

Restaurant Quality

[IowaHerky2004]

Anybody know if they wrestle any of the 9th place brackets tonight? If so how many rounds?

You made a very long post to reply to a moron/troll. For the record.

[hawknut]

7

Allocations for BT suck. There should be 10-12 allocated for BT every weight.

[jakgray]

You made a very long post to reply to a moron/troll. For the record.

Really why cause I decided to blame wrestlers instead of coaches.

Should be clear tnt

[Stick Kitty]

Any upset special prediction for this round?

[Jamie_Taco]

Oh cool, PSU with another questionable TD off an official review lol.

[dtripp26]

Semis not on BTN+

[JimmyHawk]

Bassett wins by fall.

No. Because you post dumb things.

[Anon1750875978]

How does Ryder Block go from barely losing to SVN & being in the semis, to having zero offense and losing and not placing at the Big 10s???

None of the WSR kids have done much at Iowa.

[Anon1750875978]

I see drew Roberts from Minnesota lost so did chance lamer from Nebraska aint gonna be easy to get 9th

If we're worried about something guy getting 9th, he ain't doing shiit at Nattys.

[TheREALSpooner]

None of the WSR kids have done much at Iowa.

You mean anywhere at the D1 level.

[Squatch96]

If we're worried about something guy getting 9th, he ain't doing shiit at Nattys.

Rather have him there then not at all

[CatCoach]

Ferrari not wrestling? I thought he tweaked his left shoilder

[Squatch96]

He qualified was probably always a chance he forfeited out

[Anon1750875978]

Stiert(sp) at UNI was alright.

[StrikeHawk3]

Every f***ing time

[JimmyHawk]

Ferrari forfeit out of the tournament.

[Hawkeye4life69]

That was really cool of ayala to do nothing for 8 minutes

[GableBeer]

That was really cool of ayala to do nothing for 8 minutes

In fairness both wrestlers were content to take 0 chances until SV.

[HawkeyeGenius]

I get so sick of this FF out of the tournament stuff this time of year. It hurts the sport.

[StrikeHawk3]

What’s the old saying? We shoot, they score. They shoot, they score? That’s how it feels watching Iowa wrestling in 2026

[Anon1750875978]

I think Beth committed too early with that show of confidence in TnT.

Season tix sales for next will be interesting.

But I guess that means they get Bob's $$$ for another year.

[ThatsStalling]

He to touched Blaze’s leg once for half a second

[TheREALSpooner]

Stiert(sp) at UNI was alright.

He got 8th once. And I don’t think we can find anyone else. Sort of proves the point.

[Anon1750875978]

0-2 BBQ.

[Sett1997]

That was really cool of ayala to do nothing for 8 minutes

Not one legit shot.

[Scrubby]

Quick finish on that shot by blaze but Ayala battled

She hasn’t said much of anything that I’m aware of.

(Not that I think he’s going anywhere.)

[jakgray]

No. Because you post dumb

You mean anywhere at the D1 level.

Now that's dumb he actually says Iowa

[Sett1997]

The guy that did won. What is our record in SV? Has to be UGLY.
