Yep. The game only got down to single digits because Florida became uninterested after stomping our *** for 35 minutes.
I mean it was a lot closer than many would believe, we were in it from beginning to end, I’m pleased with the results as you all should be, with the class we have coming in, things are only going to get better.
It was one of those games where Florida had such a comfortable lead that they stopped playing for about 10 minutes. We basically got dominated, so you really can't say anything about officiating in that situation.
DraftCat — you the man. That said, I can simultaneously agree with you that we stunk throughout most of the game and still be upset at the myriad of bad calls. No, it isn’t why we lost — there are many reasons for that, but I do think we are getting a really bad whistle at home lately.
This was the epitome of a nfl team up 28 points to start the 4th and went to prevent d and the game finished under single digits.
Any other year I can let myself go there... but this team doesn't deserve any sympathy for bad calls. You constantly get your hind end beat in the first half for 50% of your games it is what it is.
What game did you watch ? We literally trailed ALL GAME..never were tied and obviously never lead. Trailed by 20 points at one point. Trailed by double digits for most of the game. Florida became uninterested and started playing sloppy..missing free throws as well, which is the only reason we lost by 7 and not by at least 15 if not 20.

I don’t agree with the conclusion but I think the anger that got you there is more than justified. Glad you’re back to posting a little more with us — wish it wasn’t under such awful circumstances. Hope we have a better post season that the regular season…but hopes aren’t high.

I've had a tough year personally so I've been off and on lately. But from a UK sports perspective it's been a real sh** show. You have a mediocre basketball coach and your AD is retiring... there isn't much to like right now.

I'm not mad at the refs for missing that call, but I'm mad at our staff for not catching it. We have a thousand freaking coaches over there, someone can't put some effort into watching to see if they can find anything worth looking at?

When you get so far behind every game, every call and possession becomes so critical it magnifies everything. The whistle isn't any better or worse than past years in my mind. We leave such a small margin for error when we look up and are 15 or more behind that any missed call seems like a back breaker.
