The last 5 games the Pirates have rotated a win and then a loss. With that way of thinking look for an L tomorrow.

All season long in conference play St John's has done what it took in the second half to come out victorious. I expect it will happen again.

I'm not expecting Hines to play. It's a major loss and we don't know what Godwill's status is either.

I'm anticipating too many SJ fans in the building. Watching them lose is even more fun than watching UConn lose (at least to me)

Give them something to think about on the ride home

I like to look at the positive. First, notwithstanding St. John's gaudy metrics, they do have only two Quad 1 wins this year (Home vs. UConn and @ Villanova) and are 2-5 Quad 1 overall. Second, after righting the ship following that debacle against UConn, with two straight wins, if you're St. John's, you have to fight off the overconfidence that comes when playing a team like Seton Hall. Could they be looking ahead to the rematch against UConn? I'm in that camp tonight. Seton Hall desperately fights and holds on for a close victory.

So if we beat St John's we will have a better Quad 1 record than them.
Yes, 2-4 vs. 2-6. (Unfortunately, we lost a Quad 1 win when Providence got destroyed earlier this week. - Their NET sunk like a rock. It's not coming back. And, to be fair, St. John's lost that same Quad 1 win also).

Not sure what the final score will be but I’m fairly certain St John’s will double our output from the foul line.

An injured Hines makes me somewhat skeptical of a Seton Hall win.

But we had a 15 point lead against them in the Garden before relinquishing the lead late in the game. St. John's looked pretty awful at home against Georgetown this week but squeeked out the win.

If every Pirate comes to play, we're going to win. Must not let up. And there may be a lot of St Johns fans in our building.

Depends on whether Hines and Budd play.If so,the Hall edges out a cliff hanger 75 to 72.
If not St.John's 87 to 68

That "apology" was so meaningful they gave us the same ref again tonight, Matt Potter.
LOL...... plus James Breeding this time. Lots of whistles but we had our share of FT's this time. They missed a couple calls but at least there was equal treatment.
