Apprently the NCAA's attorneys have gotten called back to the utopia of justice and fairness that is Pittsboro, Mississippi to answer for not sitting through the entirey of the reading of the judge's ruling. There is certainly no irony lost of the fact that it is the NCAA that finally gets a "show cause" placed on it in this particular round of the ongoing war between the Rebels and those Northern agreesors.
