*****Michigan vs Iowa Game Thread*****

[HawkBall23]

AND ANOTHER BS3!!

A BOMB!!!!

[Hawksfor3]

We got a big break on their missed 3.

[Hawkfan_08*]

AGAIN! LETS GO!! Lead back!

[LetsGoHawks83]

I swear Stirtz can hit that step back 3. WHENEVER he wants

[wilson reborn]

Here we go!

[Iowameat]

Way better

[longliveCS40]

Well. Great first half. Playing good defense. Need to keep being disciplined in the second half.

[HawksRule25]

9-2 Iowa run!

[QChawks]

[HawkBall23]

Watch Tschetter. He does not set a legal screen ever.

According to the stripes, so far, he has

[Hawksfor3]

Bennett is 3-11 but that was a big 3.

[kwik44]

Blow the effing lid off Carver!!!!

[LetsGoHawks83]

Soooo...

Would knocking off the #1 team in the conference make up for losing to the last place team?

[Hawkedup]

Finally making shots. Lfg

[Rambler Hawk]

Stirz is a f’ing DEMIGOD!!!!

[LetsGoHawks83]

Call the obvious goaltending... We are up 2.

Just saying

[HawksRule25]

30-30 at half. Go hawks!

[Skydog0784a!]

MI with the slight momentum buster on the final play but have to feel real good about our first half considering how poorly we shot the 3 ball.

If anyone looks at this team and doesn’t see a night and day difference from the Fran years…you can’t be helped.

This is the kind of basketball that can compete in March.

[HawkBall23]

Tied is better than losing, but really need to see those shooting %s increase in this next half to have any real shot at pulling off the upset tonight.

D is fine, but O needs to get better.

[Rambler Hawk]

How do Combs and Howard always shoot running 10 footers short?

And normally miss unfortunately…

Absolutely true about all of what you just said ................................

..... just wish could have seen just a tiny part of the effort and energy in the first half of this game when they lost @ MD and PSU.

[Iowameat]

Hopefully the lid stays off the basket for the Hawks in the second half!

[doughuddl2_rivals]

Al no show in the 1st half. Looks to be in the dog house too.

[HawksRule25]

Bennett is 3-11 but that was a big 3.

That's so Iowa.

[Hawk48]

Bennett is 3-11 but that was a big 3.

at least three misses were late shot clock as well

D is ELITE tonight.

Deserved.

[LetsGoHawks83]

Excuses by dude at halftime.... Says Michigan is being careless.

Other dude says "not so fast".

Iowa is locked in on defense.

Oh absolutely. No excuse for those losses. Gotta get better than that, and more consistent

He got his hook shot swatted then decided this is not the game for me

However Cam is saying bring it on

[Hawksfor3]

D is ELITE tonight.

They're averaging 89/game. 30 points so far. Pretty good D to this point. Let's make some shots.

The one guy actually said he likes Iowa in the second half.

Let’s hope he’s dialed in with Vegas and knows something.

[wilson reborn]

This would be HUGE!

[RoseBowlorBust]

Play like this last Saturday they win by 20+ vs Penn St. Hats off though and well done Carver you sound great. First 5 minutes of 2nd half should tell us a lot.

[kwik44]

I swear Stirtz can hit that step back 3. WHENEVER he wants

I’m not sure I’ve seen a college player do that better.

[Rambler Hawk]

My thoughts on the first half…

[HawkBall23]

That's so Iowa.

Yup.

Always playing to the level of the competition.
