and Noem should have never been given the job. She's a caricature. Nobody should doll up like she does for a photo op, while riding a horse and wearing a tactical vest. She made herself the center of attention, instead of just getting the job done. Seems to have extremely low self-esteem

Yep, a shítton of money was spent on a mostly non-competitive bid advertising campaign where Noem cosplayed over and over again.
