Historically Oklahoma is vastly superior but if you look at the last 10 years I can certainly see the similarities in the programs

Oklahoma 99-32
Iowa 86-41

If they’re hitting on you, then you have your evidence that Oklahoma is your SEC cousin

If you go to a family reunion to meet women, then you might be.............listening to Jeff and Larry's Comedy Roundup on Sirius/XM.

No, Oklahoma has a far superior history. If we're talking just football. It is probably Missouri.

I see the comparison he was trying to make with OU ...a ying yang type connection. Not great, but not terrible.

Personally, I think LSU makes sense from "opposites" standpoint - Iowa being the model of consistency and LSU changing coaches like a pair of sox.

Here are my "cousins"...

OSU - Georgia
Mich - Alabama
PSU - OU
USC - TX
Neb - TN
Wash - So Car
UCLA - TAMU
OR - FL
Iowa - LSU
Wis - Arkansas
MSU - Auburn
Minn - Mizzu
IL - Ole Miss
*NW - Miss St
IN - KY
PU - *Vandy

Maryland - XXX
Rutgers - XXX

*I get it that NW/Vandy would be a natural comparison from an academics perspective, but from fball program perspective I think the matching above makes more sense.

The world is missing out without the two conferences teaming up to have cross over games and mix them throughout the entire season. Damn it would be good tv.
With nine conference games the annual Big 10-SEC crossover tenth game would be a plus for players and fans.

Draw them out of a hat and pair them up for a two-year series. Repeat in two years.

It would be no clown game but the Big 12 could make the same arrangement with the ACC, or the MAC.

Yeah just have a scheduling show and have various people drawing for each conference. That'd be sweet.

We can't always sit at the kids table.
