I am just curious, if say we only get 5 back next year. The rest transfer/NBA draft.
I only added people who played + Hawthorne. I didn't add Reece Potter because we may never get to play or just transfer.
This thread is designed to get a pulse based off this board, if only 5 could back next year, who would they be and why? What players were easy for you to want back and then others where challenging to pick?
My Easy Picks
Moreno - Going to be a significant Sophomore
Chandler - Has a ton of upside, he can only improve
K Williams - Same as Chandler
Brayden Hawthorn - Would like to see what he brings to the table.
My Contention Pic
Mo D vs Johnson
I have been a Jasper advocate all year, (still am), but this pick is because of bigger picture.
I really wanted to give Johnson a chance because I think he has an extremely high offensive game, but his defense is absolutely bad.
So I picked Mo D over Johnson because if he sticks to his role as the under the basket bruiser who can get rebounds, put back points and make a few free throws, that can be hard to come by. If Mo D can keep this role and be a poor man's Dennis Rodman, I think those hustle plays under the basket is hard to let go.
