I just looked up the map, Mallegni's hometown McFarland is actually closer to downtown Madison than Verona. However every time I go up to Madison via US-151 I pass by Verona first so I have long known Verona is very close.

I checked this morning and I could get tickets for 10.50 with fees included. I heavily considered the 5 hour drive.
