Carolina vs Clemson - Game 1

[Fried Chicken]

Tied 0-0 in the bottom of the 3rd.

Have leadoff runner on. Did 2nd inning as well but couldn’t do anything with it. Harman strikes out. We might have been better off playing a little small ball. Too many unproductive at bats which is what bad teams do.

[Fried Chicken]

Bases Loaded with 1 out. Come on Gamecocks! How about a hit…

[Fried Chicken]

Lizama swings at a terrible pitch that would’ve been 2-0 count.

Passed ball! 1-0 Gamecocks! Still 2nd & 3rd with one out. Let’s go!

[Fried Chicken]

Lizama singles a run home. Clemson playing little league defense. 3rd run scores on error. Lizama ends up at 2nd. Keep it up boys!

Jameson strikes out on 3 pitches. Wasn’t even close to connecting. Lecroy up…

[Fried Chicken]

Scobey drives in Lizama and Lecroy thrown out at 3rd.

Love the 4-run inning but wtf you doing ending it with an out at 3rd? Should’ve had 1st and 2nd with 2 outs. Just stupid.

4-0 Gamecocks heading to the 4th

Gunther looking good through 6

Yes he is. Not wasting many pitches. Has had some huge strikeouts. Probably should’ve been in the rotation to begin with.

[Fried Chicken]

1st and 2nd w/ no outs in the B6. Let’s get a crooked number and put this thing away.

[Fried Chicken]

Headed to the 9th up 7-0. Let’s finish this!

[Cybercock]

Thats baseball

[Bubba Fett]

Not gonna be swept! I'll take it.

Final: Carolina 7 - Clemson 0

Wouldn’t be shocked to see some fireworks tomorrow / Sunday after Valentin’s antics. Hope our guys back him up but don’t see a guy taunting before the AB is even over

Not a huge fan of it, but I will be if we keep it going this weekend.

[RUMMENIGGE]

15 out of clemson's 27 outs were strikeouts.

Yep, heck of a pitching job tonight... because I can't say I've seen too many 4-hit, 3-error performances that result in a 7-0 win.... but I'll take it!

[SouthernBelly]

Wasn’t able to keep up last night. Thanks for some updates. Great night on the mound.

[Forkcock]

I fell asleep before the 9th.

Good win. Let's take the series today.

Good pitching and timely hitting will win quite a few games, but can we keep it up.
Sloppy Clemtech defense was also very helpful.
