This is hilarious!!! How in hell for you think Democrats and Republicans are close together on this issue???
Because they are. And you laughing at my post just further supports I'm correct.
Afterall, y'all point to Obama deportations as a similarity to what Trump is doing...

Please explain to me how the dem and repub goals at the border are similar and let's focus on the last 10 years. Interested to hear it.

Are you drunk you poor tard? Permaban is basically self explanitory and your post is incoherent.
I'm not @dpic, I don't run to Ard to have people banned because some libbie tried to hurt my feelings and it didn't work. Carry on pvssie and enjoy that screeching call to prayer at 5am every day. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Yawn.

I don't need to continue debating what the ban meant. The people I made the bet with knew it was one year, as did everyone else. The term permaban was never used. You are the only one who cannot read. Same reason we give @fatpiggy **** for not honoring his one year ban.

Why are you still so angry? Your guy won. Your guy contols the entire government. Why are you sad and bitter?

I'll pray for you.

so can anybody expand on these two? ....I'll start with the first...it is my understanding that if someone came here on probation or any of Biden's authorized plans they are here legally, same with anyone who has asked for and been granted asylum.....until they get a hearing at which point they are either granted authority to stay or set for deportation. And therein lies the problem ...the immigration courts are backed up for years. So we get into a situation where someone comes today, waits years for a hearing is deemed deportable, and then we all complain how unfair it is to deport someone who has been in the country for so long.

On the due process, can someone with more knowledge pitch in?

I told my co-worker this exact same thing yesterday.

No doubt, in different ways. He's also an immigrant, apartheid minded, devoid of empathy, welfare queen-albei t one who maximized the opportunity. he's dear to and beholden to RU/Putin CCP / , Xi. Wildly wealthy Arab, middle eastern "royalty" OIL. He has almost certainly broken many of our laws and is openly hostile to democracy. He is not healthy for us or the world. This is obvious but yes the wealth/power bestowed because of it is intoxicating for many ;/

5 years ago he was saving the planet.... Then he notes that democrats have become the party of division and hate, and now he is destroying society. It's funny how things change.

I do agree that he was making a mint off the government pushing EV's - complete with a hissy fit when Trump stopped subsidizing them.

I think he sees China as a market. A rather large one at that, and perhaps one where individuals don't randomly vandalize his product.

Simply, obviously, no to most everything you reference. Authoritarianism, thuggery, he who has the most gold wins. He ravaged our data with the fakery "DOGE'. CCP RU Putin control him, NOT us. Again, immense wealth is captivating, can be inspiring in some ways for people hoping or hustling to get more material things. He has no empathy or conscience and without his boost we and the world would not be maga-Putin Xi ravaged and diminished as we are. ;/
he ravaged our data? what did he do and what data was ravaged? It seems to me that if any of the fraud allegations in Minnesota are accurate he might not have gone far enough, or started in the wrong place?

Exactly proving my point, show me one time you've been open to have an actual respectful discussion. I've yet to see it.
Have a good one.
I have respectfully asked you to make your point and you are refusing so it looks like it's just your feelings with no facts to back it up. No problem. Carry on.

I'm not your homie chump. You are obviously not a smart person stating in a serious way that democrats have the same goals as Republicans related to border security. Just look at the numbers. Real data talks and Bull s h I t walks.

🚨 BREAKING: CNN was just forced to confirm that Democrats are PLUMMETING on the issue of immigration despite the relentless propaganda and smears on ICE

WOW, they are down -11 points from Trump's first term! 🔥

"Despite EVERYTHING that's been going on, Democrats in a WORSE position than Trump's 1st term!"

"They think Democrats will do a WORSE JOB on immigration than Republicans."

"Border security? HELLO! 2018, Republicans up 13. The advantage is a little LARGER NOW, up 15 points!"

"The idea Democrats can take the ball and run away on it? Polling says NO, NO, NO."

The propaganda stemming from Minnesota against ICE FAILED!

Never forget.

So, Biden ordered the army to remove the border fencing to allow migrants to stream across. Texas tried to enforce the border with the national guard, Biden sued them to stop. The migrants were told to download an app on their phone so they could apply for asylum. If someone did not have a phone, one was provided for them. They were then shipped onto busses and airplanes destined for primarily purple and red states. In order to get on a plane one must provide an ID. Some migrants found this impossible since they burned their passports/ licenses. Biden said any government document will do. Some had criminal records, including rape. Biden said that’s perfect! Sign this paper that says you’ll talk to a lib therapist and that you promise to stop raping and you can get onto your plane to the new small conservative town that will be forced to take you in, provide you housing, food, and medical care.

Every day now.

This pollster is dropping red pill nuclear bombs on the CNN audience, that go directly against the message that their leftwing panelists try to convey.

The leftwing propaganda is being debunked on their own network.

It’s beautiful!

This is why Chuckie Schumer is suddenly trying to push “amnesty” for illegals, so that this topic will completely go away.

Trump is NEVER going to sign an amnesty bill.
He’s doing the opposite.
He’s getting rid of birthright citizenship.

The democrat party won’t survive what’s coming.

democrats will not only survive, at some point they will regain leadership. Thinking otherwise is naive. People said the same thing about republicans in the '90s.....our system is set to "reset" from extremes

Wish they’d pass a bill to get more immigration judges/advocates/agents etc so they could catch up and then do it quickly moving forward.

100%. But I fear we'll never get back to normalcy. Trump has set a new tone, pointing at the other side and calling them evil and claiming they are trying to destroy our country during a State of the Union.

I saw a clip the other day of George W. Bush's State of the Union, where he began by congratulating and praising Nancy Pelosi for being the first female speaker of the House. What a different time we lived in then.

All of this extremism from both sides is damaging everything. The gerrymandering only makes it worse because the crazier you are, the more likely you are to get re-elected in a gerrymandered district.

Isaac Newton said, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." That is the political system we're in now, and we're only going to keep riding that train until it ******* goes off the tracks.

Already taken care of without any new laws. Trump is light years ahead of the left.

This was from last september. Did it happen? Are they acting as judges? Has it had a positive effect on the outstanding cases?

I am not a lawyer, but I am not sure this really passes as due process. You can't have an impartial judge who reports up the chain of command to the president, especially if that president wants everyone deported.

Indeed. Repubs are about to own every media outlet to turn it into a Trump propaganda machine - bye CNN.

And then

what's needed is leadership and Trump, Schumer and Humphries, Johnson, are not the answers.

everybody reports to somebody. A judge is supposed to decide on the basis of the law

But they are not judges, they are military lawyers who were ordered to become judges to deport people. That is not due process.

Honestly, I am not sure if this ever happened. Seems strange that there has not been a news story about it since it was "announced" last September. You would think there would be lawsuits if it were executed.

My assumption is honestly that the Democrats and Republicans are really not far off in terms of wanting to prevent illegal immigration and deport those who are here.
I have no idea why you would say such a thing. We watched in real time tens of thousands of people crossing our southern border illegally during the Biden administration. It seems to me that democrats did virtually nothing to prevent it and in fact encouraged it.

The only serious plan I heard was to hire more lawyers so we could conduct more immigration hearings. I didn't even see a mass deportation effort when asylum is denied.

Exactly. Nobody on this board is against removing illegal immigrants, nobody so against getting rid of criminals. That doesn't mean you can't disagree with the way this is being attempted and accomplished.
I understand that you agree with this administration's approach with ICE but I don't know how you can say you support getting rid of illegals. When ICE tries dems accuse them of dragging people out of their homes, separating families, etc.
