What was Oweh doing on the final defensive possession?

Looks like he jumped out of position, ran around guarding no one, then jumped and almost grabbed the rim, and then finally stood under the backboard to get a good view of the game winning put back.
He had NO business trying to block the first shot, which took him way out of position to get a rebound. He does some mind-boggling stuff sometimes

Ridiculous. Guy has his arm pushing you, you are leveraging back to move away. Do you think Chandler is Aaron Donald strong? The dude straight flopped
It probably was a flop. But a two arm extension by Chandler always gets called. Heck most one arm extensions get called.

That's a mistake players can't make in a close game. A brain fart on Chandler's part. You can't extend those arms.

Yeah awful call on Chandler but that didn't cost us the game. Should have won going away against that team.
But it did cost us the game. We were up 3 with 14 seconds left and if they just call the hold on the AU player or nothing at all and we get the ball in and they foul. We are probably a 95% favorite to win. We didn’t really deserve to win. Auburn deserved it less. But somebody has to win. The ref decided who that would be.

In a one point game there are plenty of things that make the difference in winning and losing. The call on Chandler is one but to me the no call on the wrap up before was more damaging. Throw in 14 TO’s and giving Auburn 17 points off those turnovers. Missed layups and put backs certainly didn’t help. The officiating was terrible but we could’ve and should’ve won that game. IMO

No not being able to get a freaking rebound off the miss caused it. They had like 3 put back chances. Our bigs are weak.

College officiating is awful across the board. The refs in the Duke/Michigan game were brutal as well .

The scenario should have never happened. The ref decide that it would.

Too many possessions in this game that didn’t go our way, otherwise it’s an easy 10 point victory.

-pope not challenging the first half out of bounds call leading to an Auburn 3.
-Noah missing a wide open 3 before half
-Auburn player drop kicking Chandler to the floor before going up for an easy dunk with no call.
- garrison missing an easy put back in the last minute of the game.

that’s just a few plays off the top of my head totaling 10 points.

The missed layup (OO) and the missed putback (BG) really hurt as well. Auburn ended up turning it over and we get a dunk. Perhaps the turnover doesn’t happen if Auburn inbounds the ball. Just too many things (14 turnovers) to say that one play cost us the game. Pope not acknowledging that just speaks to his poor mindset.
