Dude, the SWEETEST plan is him suing the IRS for $10 Billion for someone leaking his tax returns. So he's the plantif AND He runs the IRS, the Treasury Dept, AND the DoJ. Wonder how THAT case is going to go. No problem though... This is DONALD TRUMP. We just spent the last couple of years listening to Comer in the HoR telling us about Biden's $300K loan to his brother and freely using the Bidon Crime Family all the time. Crickets on this of course.

Two years on an investigation based on the words "Big Guy" that came up empty with zero evidence of Biden trading influence for money. ZERO. And the Pubs including people on this board salivated like rabid dogs waiting for him to be hung.

But when it comes to all the blatant criminality of this president, it's crickets, or they wave it away by bleeting TDS and then back to their culture wars and imaginary claims of voter fraud and white conservative oppression. It's disgusting.

I am wondering if the "charity" that the 10B was going to go to was the "board of peace". Interesting its the same exact amount.
Could be but I'm not sure he's awarded himself that 10B yet so I suspect it's a separate pot - not sure.

Jus wondering if he'll drop the IRS thing, assuming this was its purpose.
Looks like it's being challenged so not awarded yet. But if he does win, it says he'll be donating "our money" to charity.

"As of mid-February 2026, Donald Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS for alleged tax return leaks is active but facing significant legal hurdles and calls for a freeze. Critics argue the suit is time-barred and constitutes a conflict of interest, prompting calls for a third-party appointee to ensure proper defense."

  • Status & Challenges: The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges the IRS improperly disclosed tax information. Critics argue the statute of limitations has passed and that the suit targets the wrong party.
  • Conflict of Interest: Concerns are high that the Department of Justice, now under a Trump administration, cannot neutrally defend the government, leading to potential "collusive litigation" and a settlement paid by taxpayers.
  • Proposed Actions: Advocacy groups have filed amicus briefs urging the court to pause the case until Trump leaves office or to appoint an independent party to represent the government’s interests.
  • Damages Questioned: Legal experts have questioned the validity of the $10 billion damages claim, noting it is based on questionable valuations of financial harm from disclosures, according to Verdict (Justia).
Trump has publicly suggested he might settle the case with himself, promising to donate any funds to charity, though this would still require taxpayer funds, reports NPR and CREW | Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

Right, so my guess is just that with the challenges, instead of getting the 10B that way and the board of peace being the "charity" that he is just doing it and not pretending it's from him.

Exactly what his supporters baselessly accused the previous administration of doing.

Lawrence O’Donnell quotes the scathing takedown of Trump in the NY Daily News: “It is time to acknowledge what has become tragically obvious: the Trump administration is operating as a massive criminal enterprise. It lies, steals, extorts, and murders — all while cloaked in the awesome authority of the state. It is on a crime spree that puts Al Capone to shame.”

Yeah. That pretty much sums it up.

Absolutely. This most of this crew would toss the constitution in the trash if Trump asked them to. Hell he's already said it should be set aside so he could get back in the White House during Biden's term. CRICKETS on here. Can you IMAGINE what would have been said if Obama or Biden had suggested that?

Assuming you're (inexplicably) bringing this up in good faith, here's a real life thing that I've said that's the same as what Obama said.

"My wife and I always wanted a boy and a girl but we had two boys. I definitely don't want a 3rd kid so I guess we won't have a daughter. But I guess if we could somehow have a daughter, not lose either son, and magically still only have 2 children then yeah I guess I'd do that".

Of course it was in good faith. Look at his post, i responded directly to his point.

Obama did indeed talk about a third term, albeit jokingly (just like Trump). The poster was so out of touch he had no idea Obama had done the exact same thing. This while he was accusing MAGA of throwing the constitution in the trash. It was a stupid post, so i just decided to make him aware of his stupidity.

It didn't really have anything to do with you or your wife. I don't need you to tell me Obama's words. That's why i posted the video. We can all see exactly what he said.

Not in good faith because Trump wasn't joking.

"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution," he wrote. "Our great 'Founders' did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!"

And if you actually care about the Constitution, he shouldn't have even been allowed to run again but Republicans have no balls.

Let me walk you through what happened one hour before Trump announced the five day moratorium on Iran strikes.

$1.5 billion in notional S&P E-mini futures contracts. Four to six times normal activity.

One hour before the announcement.

Simultaneously, $192 million in crude oil futures purchased at the same time.

They made between $300 and $400 million dollars off those trades.

Trump claimed he spoke to an Iranian official to negotiate the moratorium.

The Iranians said that person doesn't exist and the conversation never happened.

This is not the first time.

It has happened multiple times. He says something. The trade goes on. He says another thing. The market moves.

But whatever you call it — they are laughing at you and they are laughing at me while they do it.

Hunter Biden sold a painting and Washington lost its mind.

These people are making hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars trading on information that only exists inside the most powerful office in the world.

I think we are dramatically underreporting how much money is actually being made here.

This isn't politics anymore.

This is a financial operation running out of the White House.

We've never seen this level of corruption in the White House, and the dumb rednecks who make 30K a year are fine with it after screaming about Hunter Biden for years. These carpetbaggers have fooled these morons so easily and on a level that is impossible to imagine.

Cue a group of “lefties” singing or chanting full of homosexuals and trans with some rando reference to “TDS”. That and/or something negative about undocumented immigrants and Biden. Rinse, wash, repeat.
