Not much defense by either side early. Good to see Nick getting his first couple of shots to drop.
Let’s see if the Cats can play a decent 2nd half this time. Two programs having mediocre losing seasons struggling to recharge in advance of the conference tourney.
Jayden Reid has an F grade basketball IQ. Dude thinks he’s tall when he’s a midget, and therefore gets easily blocked all the time.
If we don’t start defending the interior, I am going to be unhinged.
Horrible team. Do we even want to get out of the bottom 4 or is it better to get booted early and then run Reid and Page to O’Hare?
Kropp is getting beaten badly off the dribble and on the glass. Page hasn’t been good, but at least he has a chance.

Way to go Cats to break their losing streak but still an ugly win. Good thing they made an inordinate number (for NU) of threes. Bottom dweller battle won by the Cats.

They probably should have considered guarding Jordan Clayton
honestly the Cats did the same pathetic **** late that’s cost them countless other games, they were just up so big against such a poor opponent without shotmaking that it didn’t matter

He was my kids counselor at camp two years ago and when they did the team signatures this year he stopped when he saw my son turned to the other players around him and said “guys remember Nolan this kid balls out”. That made his year hearing that from him. I’ll forever be a fan of his for that.
