I could see all 5 of these teams making it to state as well.

Same thing happened in C1, where the top 4 teams are all in Region 3. It all works out in the end, as there are 6 wildcards to the district final. Much better than that old system that D still uses. That system only has 4 wild cards and a loaded sub oftne knocks a team out of the district final.

Heck, in volleyball 3 teams from the same subdistict ended up in the state semifianls in C1 if I recall correctly.

Now I'd say a whole bracket like Indiana may be the best option there is. And maybe it's paired down a bit and every team doesn't have to make the post season.
