Congratulations as you had to have this as well because you are unhinged. It is hilarious. Sad, but hilarious.
So now you are being a big baby about who posts what first?

Like it or not Fran provides endless information of useful Hawkeye tidbits on this board and the FB board.

You post political garbage all day and night because you are an unhinged alcoholic. Are you still denying that you aren't Chishawk1425?

Chishawk1425,

You are a drunk and when your wife & kids don't hide the car keys you put other lives in jeopardy. And you call anyone else on here unhinged?

And, seriously, Chis, why do you pick so many fights on here? I simply posted some postgame videos. Good grief.

And, finally, since you love to pick fights, does the .14 and .25 in Chishawk1425 stand for what you blew in 2 different stops? Or, does 1425 stand for something else?

And you want to talk about sad; you are the definition of sad, Chis.

I posted this for several games in a row and your psychotic self could not let that happen again. Laughable.

This is what you would call projection, Chis.

You clearly have the mentality of a child, somehow operating in an adult body.

Put down the bottle, Chis. And since you clearly are shedding some tears right now....

I am glad the clown waddled over here from the Off Topic forum so people get to see what a psycho he is. Only Chis gets to post certain videos!!! LOL

I’m sorry. I don’t meant to be critical, I really am not, but these interviews … 🤦🏻‍♂️ anyone knows who’s doing them week after week? These generic, meaningless questions!!!! And why position your interviewee against a white wall? First rule of journalism, don’t create a claustrophobic environment- I can’t watch more than a few second of these before feeling like I need an oxygen tank. 😊🥃🥃 Again, i’m sorry. cheers to the kid who is doing them! But there is a better way to them. And go Hawks, next game!

Says the clown who still denies he is the unforgettable Chishawk1425.

Says the clown who got so many timeouts on Iowa Rivals for his behavior we all lost count.

And you want to talk about anyone else being stable or not?

And just an fyi...the booze doesn't help your condition, Chis.

That game sucked donkey Richard's. That's what happens when a 40% team from 3 shoots less than 25% and the worst percentage shooting team in the B1G shoots over 50% for the game, overall.

Flush it and move on. Ben does need to figure out a 2nd scoring option going forward. It doesn't have to be any one player and can change game to game but there has to be a 2nd option.

It looks like there's only one Iowa beat writer in Maryland (Tyler Tachman from the Register) so they really don't need a conference room.

So, it’s not the same kid doing the interviews every week? Are these zoom calls? I hope somebody would give the kid better questions and change his set up. Even the coach looks bored doing these, and he’s usually pretty engaged.
Reminds me of how we could only see half of Fran’s face, basically from his nose up, and he always looked so pissed. :)

I was hoping Ben would make some adjustments and Maryland would cool off in the 2nd half.

Maryland shot 71% from inside the arc.

Crazy.

.....5-15 (33%)....9-11 (81%)..............4-5 (80%)...37

For home games you have several outlets covering the game, so for the postgame there is a conference room & several writers are throwing out questions.

Here was Tyler Tachman of the Register after the Oregon win; he, again, appeared to be the only Iowa beat writer making the trip out west (so, no zoom calls in either situation).

Why wouldn't EVERYONE be ready to go.

Ben McCollum:

“I think you win enough games and you kind of think that you’ve arrived to a certain level. You forget that it’s still the Big Ten. It’s still a tough league. That’s part of it. I thought some of our guys were really ready to go. But it’s part of also building what we’re trying to build is the ability to be ready every single day. We’re just not there yet. That’s part of the build. It’s not going to just happen.”

Brendan Hausen on what gives him confidence that Iowa will stay together:

“We have a great coaching staff. We have a great group of guys. If I’m not wrong, we’re 18-6. It’s not easy to get to that point, and that’s where we're at right now. I have no doubt that we’ll come back and be better tomorrow.”

Not sure why anyone's answer would be more valued than the head coach's.

And he has answered that, "it's part of the build"

Some of Ben's comments from the postgame radio show:

"We didn't guard anybody. Our defense was horrendous. We missed a lot of wide-open, point blank threes, and that's going to get you."

"When [Stirtz] made that layup, goal-tend. I'm not talking about officiating -- that's a miss [by the officials]. You've got to call that. That's something that cannot happen for Bennett Stirtz."

"I'm disappointed for [Bennett]. He was desperately trying to carry the load for us. We just need other guys to show up."

Skip ahead to the 3:42:00 mark to hear Ben's thoughts.

Did he mention why Tate only played 9 minutes? If he wanted someone besides Stirtz to show up and hit open 3's, why did he keep one of his best 3 point shooters on the bench? If he doesn't want people missing open 3's, why is he playing Koch 31 minutes? 3 points and zero rebounds on 1-6 shooting.

Hey now, don't make light of 'March Situations'
Ole Stevie after getting bounced in the 1st game of the BTT finishing the season 16-13 and looking forward to the glorious opportunity of playing in the NIT because its March and who doesn't love playing BBall in March right? Only to get beat on your home court in a half empty CHA a few days later...
