It now appears the military was anxious to try out its new Drone Discombobulator and shot down a party balloon. This prompted them to shut down El Paso airspace until the FAA asked them WTF they thought they were doing.

What a cluster17. And, of course, this perfect example of Military Intelligence resulted in a locked political confrontation over the Epstein Files on Sixpack.

Awesome.

Gives me a lot of confidence knowing that these same boobheads are responsible for the suitcase.

When I was in Korea, we put a smoke flair on the ground to show a Helo where to land to pick us up. It was dry and we burned up 30 acres and a graveyard. We help put the fire out. Another Helo landed and some high-ranking officer got out with a suitcase of money and gave it to the owner of the land. We hopped in our Humvee and went north to the DMZ. **** ups happen all the time.

Well, if we are going out I'd rather be aggressive than asleep at the wheel. Either way we gone.

Pretty cool that we were able to target and hit a party balloon sized object with a frickin laser, if indeed a fricking laser was used.

I know this is hard to believe, but the Trump administration lied about the reason for the airport closure, and said it was Mexican drug cartel drones that forced the closure. Instead, it was our own defense department anti drone test that was done without advance FAA knowledge, and forced them to shut down the airport because they didn't know if the lasers would shoot down a plane.

No. I was there in the late 80's. It is still considering a war zone and was more so then. There was never a peace treaty sign. If you ever get up to the DMZ you will see, the mine fields on the other side.

How many of our armed forces have lost eyes, because you know they are aiming at each other's eyes.*** HA

Better than the last administration who let a spy balloon fly over.
