He just had the same thought on the same day? Of course, after having the thought, the roster is readily available, but...
I’m sure it’s a topic Zack has discussed on his podcast this year. I don’t usually listen to it, but I’m cutting Zack some slack here. He puts in a lot of work—way more than Ben and these other MMA guys (Chael, Cejudo) that like to turn their accomplishments into expertise. No doubt if the debate was over technique, Ben would be the expert. But the PSU lineup? I’ll go with the guy who’s trying to make a livelihood on covering it.

Ben’s suggestion that this subject is his original thought is laughable.
I stopped watching Zack’s YT videos after seeing a couple a year or so ago. Just personal preference. But Zack seems to ask some decent questions at Cael’s pressers.
Yeah, you can tell he really thinks about his questions for sure. In general, as a hobbyist at this thing myself, I respect his hustle.
Ben said somebody asked him whether PSU's backups could beat a top 10 team in a dual. So Ben defined a lineup and "whiteboarded" it against Illinois, the current #10 team. He never said the topic was his idea. In fact, he said the opposite.
The comment to Zack was specific to the backup lineup looking like an unattributed copy to Ben.
What other back up line up would one come up with for Penn st that would be different and make any sense?
Why does that matter to what Ben asserted? I was pointing out the idea wasn't his, as he admitted.
