Noah has a significant amount of experience playing P5 college basketball and isn't built like a broom. That UT team is way too physical for Braydon's first game.

I probably did have you confused Brother, I was going at it with 10 different people who were taking the first half deficit as another chance to start the Pope hate, team sucks bullcrap. These kids have won 7 of 8 in the toughest conference in basketball. Pope has lost 3 kids to injury and still molded what's left into a scrappy, gutty bunch. I really like these kids and respect the job Pope is doing. This team would get beat by '96 or '15 by 40 points on their best night, but I enjoy watching them fight just as much

If we get the right draw, I think we could be a very interesting team come tourney time. These are some big time teams that we would give fits, and a few that would be really tough for us to compete with

All he needs is time. A little basketball IQ to go with his talent. He needs to watch Chandler play the game. In the 1st half, a lot of folks were dogging Chandler because he hadn't scored. Chandler doesn't force bad shots and let's the game come to him and is clutch. Jasper could be a great player if he learned that approach with his skill

I've definitely been critical of Pope at times, but I know he wants to win here more than anyone and is working his butt off. Can't deny that.

Yeah I don’t wanna get a Houston, Duke, Zona, UConn, or Michigan for sure. But if we go far enough somehow we will eventually run into one.
We see things similarly, I was going to post those very teams along with Kansas. I hate KU, but we would have a very tough time matching up with them. I also think we have an even money shot to beat Florida in our building, but its going to take a heck of an effort in theirs
Yeah it will. I know their back court has played well in conference but we should make them beat us if at all possible. Their front court is going to pose some huge issues. I hope Oweh and Aberdeen/Chandler drive all game and pressure them for fouls.
I think we can match up with their backcourt, but I think their bigs will wear us out in the post and on the boards
Agreed. However, tonight was real wonky. We missed our first 5 FTs at least. Then, UT made 8 damn 3s in the first half. They shot their wad too early.

Good game Cats - I was up in 231 with the family and had a great time (other than the loss). Chandler is a cold *** assassin.
