My thread was first not sure why Knight Shift didnt see it
Hope it's merged into this one
RIP Catherine O'Hara
I was wondering which of the roles she played was her favorite, a google search found this:
Catherine O'Hara has frequently cited her role as
Delia Deetz in Tim Burton’s
Beetlejuice
(1988) as one of her "personal" favorites.
While she is widely celebrated for her iconic performance as Moira Rose in Schitt's Creek, her affection for
Beetlejuice
is deeply personal because she met her husband, production designer Bo Welch, on the set of the film.

bump until this is merged with Shifty's same message or Shifty's put here
I always believed the first should be first, as long as it's last .
But in any case the world just lost a talented lady and so did her loved ones
>Catherine O'Hara (1954–2026) was married to production designer Bo Welch for over 30 years, from 1992 until her passing in January 2026. Together they had two sons, Matthew Welch (born 1994) and Luke Welch (born 1997),<

If you have never seen "Waiting for Guffman", please do. It was Guest's first mockumentary and O'Hara was brilliant. There is a scene where her character was hammered and turned out O'Hara was actually hammered. She took her comedy seriously.

Yes and I had a brain fart - can’t believe I almost forgot her role in Best in Show! Laughed my *** off. She will be missed.
