Lol you all are so damn stupid it’s incredible. He hated ICE and wanted them dead. Karma, unfortunately.

if the local government wasn’t so stupid, none of this would have happened. Instead, they directed local law-enforcement, not to come to the aid of federal law enforcement. But as you can see over the last several days when local law-enforcement is involved in the right way, it results in less of the shenanigans and more arrests for idiots who break the law.

You leftist believe protesting involves hatred, violence, stealing, looting, vandalism, assault, etc. You like to take a singular moment, not include any context, and make it your poster child for whatever stupid ideology or point you want to make. It’s pathetic.

So, you hate the Constitution, and logic. Got it. Thanks for the emotional rant. I hope you feel better.

Well considering a pillar of the Republican party is respecting the sovereignty of states' rights, I'd imagine coordinating with the Governor to rollout a plan instead of dropping 5000 agents into the city like an occupying army would've been wiser. Especially considering the PR hit the administration has taken due to their aggressive actions leading to two civilian deaths. Regardless of who you blame for the two deaths, the administration has completely lost the PR battle for it because they have stupid people leading the charge.

5% of the illegal persons picked up so far have been violent offenders, fyi. Great work getting those 5% picked up and removed, but lol at classifying "all the illegal immigrants that are here murdering, raping innocent lives." You can tell when someone's out of their depth by how much hyperbole they end up employing.
I could give a **** if it was 1% , if it saved lives. That’s one of many, many differences between what you, and I, believe. I haven’t even mentioned all the drugs they bring in that kill and destroy communities
I don’t think ICE should’ve killed Renee Good, but the types that have killed thousands, ICE is trying to get rid of .
You don’t give a ****. Your cult has penetrated your psychy so deep, you have become emotionally unhinged. If you guys cared about innocent people so much, why was it so quiet around here with murders like Laken Riley? I mean, that was right down the road. I guarantee if I pulled that thread back up, you didn’t have a word

That's because you're stupid and believe that "the ends justify the means."

What cult am I in? I'm not the one who's unabashedly supporting anything and everything the administration I voted for is doing. You should be critical of things you don't agree with instead of blindly gobbling up everything the administration does. I've yet to see you say a critical thing about this administration, though admittedly I tend to gloss over your posts because I don't think you bring any value to discussions.

You probably won't see any posts from me in the Laken Riley thread on here considering I wasn't posting in the HoP until after the most recent election and she was murdered in February of 2024. Apologies for not going back into old threads to discuss that tragedy.

I should go back to what? The Laken Riley thread? Why would I want to go read a 2 year old thread about a tragedy? I don't know anyone who doesn't think her murder was a horrible tragedy. Do I think her death warrants the excuse for federal overreach? Not at all. The same way I hated the Patriot Act following 9/11.

Then again, I'm not a paste eating rube like you.

The best example would be “overriding the wishes of states utilizing federal agents”. As a “real republican” lol how do you think Trump and his team should’ve went about ridding this country of all the illegal immigrants that are here murdering, raping innocent lives?

Oh, I don't know ... maybe by doing their job?

First, the Constitution dictates this is solely the Federal government's responsibility. Not the States, not the local authorities. If the Feds want to deport them, it's on them to find the illegals, secure them and get them out of here. Again, you're supposed to be a conservative ... a Republican ... the party of personal responsibility and accountability. Yet, on every subject matter, all we hear is your b!tch arses whining that everything is everyone else's fault. And, here, you guys are taking the Federal government's exclusive job, and trying to blame States and local authorities for either not helping the Feds do their job, or not doing the entirety of their job for them. WTactualF?

Second, it's not my job to do this ... why should I have to come up with the plan on how the Feds should do their jobs? I do know what they CAN'T do, and that's infringe on the Constitutional protections, and other statutory protections adopted thereunder, provided to the States, their citizens and their inhabitants. So, sending goon squads in to intimidate and threaten as they go from door to door, person to person requesting them to provide their papers or face the consequences ... THAT'S not what they can do. The FBI searches for people all the time ... there aren't any big to-dos ... why can't ICE do the same? Hell, why can't ICE utilize other Federal resources, like the FBI? And if you cry that it's hard, and there aren't enough people to do it ... shut the eff up, put your big boy pants on, and hire folks ... and properly train them. It's hard? No one gives a **** ... do your job.

That seems to be a hallmark of the modern-day MAGAt ... incompetent, weak ... but wants to troll and criticize to try to make up for their lack of abilities and powerlessness. Not just in this arena ... take healthcare ... "Obamacare sucks! We're going to repeal that and replace it with something much better! You socialists suck! This is terrible!" "OK, here are the keys to the car ... fix it!" "Uh, wut? How am I supposed to know what to do? I totally would have fixed it but that one guy voted against it! It's HIS fault! Yeah, let's blame someone else!"

Just like you with your persona on here ... not a soul thinks you're impressive, as a man, or as a human. You don't seem the least bit manly. You damn sure don't seem the least bit intelligent. You seem tiny. Insecure. Yet, here you are ... trolling others for not being manly enough. You've got nothing. You are nothing.

I know, I know ... this is a "book," and you can't read ... that's not the flex you think it is.

Still waiting on your source. You said a leftist lie debunked. Show us that source. Not even a graceful dodge here, just ignoring the question. Man up!!!! Did you make that **** up? Because it sounds like you made the **** up.
@TigerGrowls First of all... I thought your response was from TRR, not you. So that's my fault... sorry about that.

Secondly, the point of my reply to your post is that this it is a false equivalency. I was careful to say up front that I don't want to see anyone murdered by anyone. Laken Riley was murdered while she was out running. A random murder by an individual. The people in charge of getting justice done immediately went to work: her murderer was promptly caught, charged, put on trial, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison w/o any possibility of parole (and I don't think anyone would have been up in arms if he'd gotten the chair). A terrible tragedy and justice was served.

Alex Pretti was killed by agents of the US Government during a protest where he was lawfully carrying a handgun. The people responsible for justice being served IMMEDIATELY labeled him a domestic terrorist who was trying to cause a mass casualty event. When the video evidence showed this not to be the case, THEN these same people (including the POTUS) said that he can't have a gun at a protest despite Minn law that clearly says he can. Not only that, the VP of the United States said these agents have blanket immunity.

Do you see the difference here? They are not the same.

Buddy the Minneapolis police force there just got orders to arrest ice if they see them committing crimes.
the funny thing is that southern morons who consume Fox News 24/7 seem to not realize the reputation that the Twin Cities cops have had for decades as full-on shitkickers not averse to violence as the whole world saw with the murder of George Floyd.

fast-forward to 2026, and there have been 3 murders in the Twin Cities so far this year...with 2 of them being committed by the ICE Gestapo.

Chicago cops used to be seen the same way. Then they were neutered by Dem leadership.

Correct. They have had major issues with policing. The proud boys going ice just showing us their version of thr gestapo has the people, including cops in MN shook though. They murdered a citizen, who they have 0 lawful jurisdiction over, for filming them. He was lawfully carrying a firearm, protecting a female from an officer who approached them and started assaulting them.

They are shook. MN cops like: hey those are my citizens to beat on. Not yours.

maybe dumb question, but didn't minneapolis police always have authority/responsibility to arrest anyone committing crimes?

I'm about to pull a Ned here but I've seen people claiming that local police can't arrest federal agents and, candidly, I'm not interested enough to research and find out.

I think either way, though, it'd be reasonable for local police to have some trepidation about doing so and their boss telling them to do it may remove some of that trepidation. And since we know all enforcement is effectively selective, this serves as a priority update.
