These people who pine for Calipari still look at their high school prom photos and think, "What could have been..."

UK was the gold standard under Cal. We had one really bad year that happened to coincide with a worldwide pandemic.
UK was a destination for every top recruit in the country. Some players even lied about being recruited by UK to bolster their resume.
Cal is in the HoF. The only way Pope ever gets into the HoF is by buying a ticket.

Lulz, those are post season portions of the schedule, which we weren't doing well in. But the 31 game regular season we weren't doing too bad in if we were a 2 seed and a 3 seed in 2 of his last 3 seasons. If you have to leave out the majority of the season to make your argument, it may be because it's a weak argument. Lmao.

There wasn’t a tournament in 2020 cancelled. That team won the SEC by 3 games. The last 4 years were down years not 5.

Cal has been bending UK fans over for a long time now. 10 million dollars a year for 10+ losses a season, a losing season and first round tourney losses. Arkansas can keep him. Theyll want to get rid of him soon too.
Nah Calipari’s last couple tourney losses were unacceptable. What Calipari never stopped doing was recruiting at an elite level. Pope CAN NOT do that. It’s his time to go.

But he did collect two tourney wins in his first season. The same amount calishmari collected in his last 5 years.
