If there were no leaders like Frey, Waltz, the mayors of Chicago, Boston and New York, Newsom and Schiff that impeded the operation of immigration enforcement, there would not have been a need to rapidly hire thousand of ICE agents. If Biden and Harris and the listed fools above allowing millions of illegal aliens into the country and harboring these fugitives, there would have been no need to rapidly hire thousands of new Border Patrol officers.

the biggest problem of it all is that most people don’t understand immigration law. DHS falls under the DOJ which is under the executive branch. The people claiming the due process simply don’t understand that these people entering the country illegally are heard by administrative judges under the executive branch. That judge can immediately deport if the alien is detained near the border or the alien is unable to prove 2 years continuous presence. That’s their due process. This is a civil court and doesn’t fall under Article III of Federal law. But constant interference of this process precipitated the hiring of thousands of agents in a short period of time. But uninformed and paid agitators want to muck up the process and end up being killed. While unfortunate they have no one to blame but themselves and the morons paying them and the liberal leaders who encourage their actions while they sit safely away from the protests just pulling strings.

But uninformed and paid agitators want to muck up the process and end up being killed. While unfortunate they have no one to blame but themselves and the morons paying them and the liberal leaders who encourage their actions while they sit safely away from the protests just pulling strings.
