Mark is once again mentioned as one of the standouts on Day 2

Wetjen would have to be wouldn't he? No one like him I've ever seen at returning.

If I'm a GM I draft Gronowski in the 7th if he's there. Worst case you have a battering ram version of Taysom Hill.

Mark's best passing game was definitely the bowl game, so I don't find it surprising he looks good at the Shrine Bowl too. I think those few weeks of practice before the bowl did wonders for him.

Jesus, what a poor take. Taysom Hill?
Yeah a gadget type player. Put him in on 3rd and shorts, sneaks, trick plays. I don't think any NFL team is gonna ask him to drop back 40 times

smart scouts may see value in grono as he is an adequate passer when recovered from shoulder injury, in addition to size mobility.

The guy had almost 15,000 yds of total offense, 150 total tds, and was the winningest QB in CFB history. There’s a place for him in the league, even if it’s holding a clipboard.
I think he'd be suited well for a role like Taysom Hill had for a while there with the Saints.

So now you have him going from a "Taysom Hill type player" to holding a clipboard. Okay!

If Gronowski's arm strength keeps improving the farther from the shoulder surgery He gets Scouts are seeing a Guy who is crazy smart, Big , can run, good mechanics and vision and is showing the same accuracy ( good) that He had at SDST and the last 2 Games at Iowa . That is a Guy You draft on Day 3 and do not pigeon hole as a career backup . You continue His development as a 2 and get Him reps when possible till He shows He is a 2 or deserves a shot to be the 1. He has as much value as anyone not coming out of Indiana at the position in this draft , This QB Class on paper is really weak .

Pavia is a freaking joke at #7 on kipers qb board, five foot eight and not particularly fast gimme a break. Grono is pretty unique. 235 pound fullback body who can run and pass.

NFL D's will break him (Pavia), literally.
