So, what does playing UConn do to your NET? Helps the SOS? Is there a difference or benefit if you lose by 28 or 50? If so do you hold the ball for the entire shot clock and reduce UConn's possible possessions? Getting overwhelmed seems counter productive.

I believe it’s supposed to be capped at a certain point.

However, with the losses in December, it’s likely a moot point.

They are not going anywhere this year with the lousy non conference and the terrible injury to Eads

Don't get blown off the floor completely and you almost certainly help yourself. UConn is No. 1 after all. For some context, the Men's team moved up after the SJU game -- if nothing else that game helped our SOS.

A NET ranking of 49 is respectable. But we are 14-1 against Q3 and Q4 and 0-4 against Q1.

At this point they need to win as many games as possible. Beat Marquette on the road and have to beat Nova once if not twice. Jada has played a bit banged up in recent games. If there is a way to play this game at a turtle's pace, that might be the way to keep the score somewhat reasonable. Otherwise you have your players unable to function when they see "Connecticut" on the opposing jersey. Easier said than done. Anyway, they are not light years away from the bubble . No good wins will hurt them without question.

Going to the game today. Hope we keep the score respectable in the first half . If not I'm out of there at half time . Sorry Harty if you choose to stay. Lol
