It isn’t the competitive spirit you have to fear. It’s the meltdowns that happen when they all get their cycles synchronized. No one is going to watch that BS it's s waste of money.
Tell us you have never played sports before.to fear a woman's competitive spirit That's a joke .
Lol....
Just think what a Big Dog the Huskers would be in the MAC.The obligatory protect T.O without evidence. I can simply say the last Big 10 team to win the college world series was SIXTY THREE years ago. Nebraska football record against big 12 opponents 91-23. Nebraska Football record against big 10 opponent 32-62 over the last 10 years. I love T.O, I think he is the greatest coach to ever live, and it wasn't his decision solely to move to the big 10 but Nebraska took the leap, something Nebraska doesn't do very often and it hasn't gone well, especially since the big 12 did survive and might have been healthier with a Nebraska bringing up a leadership position instead of being like the 8th most important team in the conference. I think the move was cocky and arrogant, while simultaneously being petulant and insecure, we thought we could just walk into the big 10 and be one of the big dogs, while concurrently being annoyed that Texas had too much clout. I mean, if Texas is abusing you, just imagine what Michigan and Ohio State are going to do. A bad decision, made for the wrong reasons, ended badly. And who gives a **** about the extra money, all that extra money is now in the hands of Bo Pelini, Mike Reilly, Scott Frost, and soon Matt Rhule. I think being able to be "fiscally flexible" meant we didn't need to be as competent.
He would finish in the bottom third of the conference and cry he does not have enough funds. He'd still find a way to **** it all up.

You don't think we would be playoff competitive right now in the big 12? Especially with more open recruiting to the west and south. I don't think people understood how restrictive joining the big 10 would be in terms of accessing Texas and the western states. Obviously we don't have the leadership at our school to have "lead the way" in anything, and likely would have failed in any case, but at least we could still have some historic rivalries and some interesting games. I have no interest in getting blown out by Oregon, Indiana, OSU, Michigan, Minnesota and then having " epic struggles" against Maryland, Rutgers, and Northwestern. Puke.Just think what a Big Dog the Huskers would be in the MAC.
I still think that happened to the vb team this year. It coincided with our worst game in November as wellIt isn’t the competitive spirit you have to fear. It’s the meltdowns that happen when they all get their cycles synchronized.. Take cover.
No! I think it is purely coaching or a lack of good coaching. I don't understand how anyone would think Mike Riley, Scott Frost (we will get to see this now that UCF is in the Big 12) and Matt the Hat would be any more successful in the Big 12. With that bunch of coaches, the Huskers would be in the bottom half of that conference. The Huskers just got shellacked by Utah. Texas Tech would have destroyed the Huskers, and I do not see the Hat be competitive against BYU, Houston, Utah, the two Arizona schools, Iowa State, TCU and I think K-State would win more than they would lose. Until we get a coach with a plan the Huskers are doomed. You don't think we would be playoff competitive right now in the big 12? Especially with more open recruiting to the west and south. Correct, we're the first FBS school period. Nebraska needs 39 other schools to sign up by 2028 to have a D1 division.I just saw that Rhule offered a girl QB for flag football and it says that she’s the first ever D1 P4 scholarship offer for female flag football. Are we the first P4 school doing this??
Yes, by all means let's admit we are pussies who can't compete in the nasty Big 10. We can tuck our tails, go back to the Big 12 and pretend we're tough again. You don't think we would be playoff competitive right now in the big 12? If you thought butch lesbians would be the flag football coaches then you'd be correct.
What are you talking about about buddy? This was the best hire NU could possibly make. Not the Nebraska way
So blame TO because Nebraska couldn't compete in the relatively week BiG western division? The obligatory protect T.O without evidence. Go play in trafficBut we already have flag football with Rhule as coach. Is he adding women to the team?
Tom tried to get a women’s hockey team going. Title 1X is clearly what flag football is about.Makes it easier to add a mens sport later on
