The atmosphere in this arena is very different than the last time Iowa was here.

Maryland is certainly not as dominant as when they first joined the Big Ten. I think it started in Gustafson's senior year when Iowa dominated them in the Big Ten tournament championship game.
I don't want to bag on her. I just don't think she's ready and if Ava doesn't have any fouls and Houston is available I don't see a good reason for Jan to put her in there.
Keep being aggressive shooting 3s. Really like not forcing it into the post when opponents are sagging. Gotta create more firepower on perimeter
I’ve got a lot of love for Stuelke, but the best way to defend her appears to be giving her options and making her decide.
It feels like Iowa should be up by 15.
So much better than last two road games, but only up 6 feels like a letdown.
Maryland can't score against our set defense. Keep them off the offensive glass and out of transition and it's a W.
agreed, she is pretty much straight line. If she had post moves she would possibly be one of the best in the country. JMO

As I watch the game on a sketchy link from my phone to a big screen, I also have the stats on another screen, so the stats update a few seconds before the video. My spouse prefers for me not to announce plays moments before they happen on the screen. I am considering adding another element by listening to the radio broadcast. Audio, video, and stats, all out of sync.

The fans are probably stuck on the beltway. Not sure why anybody would want to play in front of 2000 fans.

Sure you can. Iowa played great defense in that half and forced 10 turnovers. That's how you win on the road.
